We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
You have 14 days from delivery to return most products in their original condition.
To start a return, email us at return@inkroot.co with your order number and reason for return.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.
Shipping fees aren’t refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs on items that aren’t damaged or match your original order. Once we get your return, we’ll process a refund within 7 business days.
